Thank you for choosing Road Test Ready. We want you to understand our refund policy before making a purchase.
Digital Products
All Road Test Ready digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to, digital guides, ebooks, downloadable materials, videos, collections, bundles, training materials, and other digital resources sold through Road Test Ready.
Because digital products may be accessed, viewed, or downloaded immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been purchased.
Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.
Live Road Test Walk Through
Purchases of the Live Road Test Walk Through with Mr. C are also final and non-refundable.
Once your purchase is completed and your place in the Live Road Test Walk Through has been reserved, no refunds will be issued if you later decide not to attend or are unable to attend.
If Road Test Ready cancels a scheduled Live Road Test Walk Through, we may provide a rescheduled session or other appropriate remedy.
Duplicate Purchases and Technical Problems
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or if you purchased a digital product but are unable to access it because of a technical problem, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to correct legitimate billing or access issues. Correcting a duplicate charge or providing access to a product that was properly purchased is not considered a refund under this policy.
Road Test Results
Road Test Ready provides educational information and preparation materials designed to help students better understand and prepare for the New York road test.
Purchasing or using a Road Test Ready product or participating in the Live Road Test Walk Through does not guarantee that you will pass your road test. Road-test results depend on numerous factors, including the student's performance and the evaluation conducted during the examination.
Failure to pass a road test does not qualify a purchaser for a refund.
Agreement to This Policy
By completing a purchase through Road Test Ready, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Refund Policy and understand that, except where otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final and non-refundable.
